Dear Students, Visionaries, and Future Leaders,

At Orange County University (OCU), we believe that education should not be a barrier, but a bridge. Our mission is to dismantle the traditional walls of academia and replace them with a global gateway.

Years of Disrupting Excellence

My journey has always been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence – from the humble district of Denjiin Myanga to the prestigious halls of National Chiayi University in Taiwan, and eventually to the pinnacle of global medical research at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital & University (CGMH). Having achieved my dream scholarship, I realized that success is only meaningful when it is shared. I returned to my roots with one singular vision: To bring affordable, world-class quality education to the youth of Mongolia.

As the first Mongolian GIA Pearl Graduate and founder of Murun Pearls, I have applied the same precision and eye for rare value to education that I apply to the world of fine gemology.

Though OCU is just 4 years into our journey, we have already made history. We successfully organized the largest educational mentorship event in Mongolia, featuring a network of Ivy League graduates. We have proven that we can bring the highest level of global academic prestige to Ulaanbaatar, making the world’s most elite knowledge accessible to Mongolian talent.

A Faculty of Global Icons

Through our exclusive global network, OCU students learn directly from the world’s most impactful changemakers:

The "Gold Standard" of Quality

Having served in the world’s largest medical system—Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (10,000+ beds)—I witnessed the “Gold Standard” of clinical excellence. I have integrated that same rigorous, data-driven quality control into OCU. Through our strategic partnerships with Ming Chuan University (Taiwan) and International American University (IAU), we ensure our students meet the highest international standards.

Elite Education,
Accessible Investment

My mission is to ensure that finances never stand in the way of brilliance. We are making a world-class education—which typically costs $50,000 abroad—available in Mongolia for an investment of just $3,500.

In Mongolia, traditional universities judge you by a single entrance exam score (EYUSH). At OCU, we follow the global standard: We do not judge your past; we invest in your future. Whether in medicine, leadership, or the fine arts of gemology, perfection is a process, and we are here to guide you toward yours.
