Sodbaatar Sandagdorj

Sodbaatar Sandagdorj is an accomplished leader, educator, and mentor with more than 25 years of experience spanning organizational leadership, academic development, pastoral ministry, and the performing arts. His career reflects a deep commitment to developing people, strengthening communities, and building values-driven organizations across both local and international contexts.

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) at International American University, USA. He holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Organizational Leadership from Faith International University, along with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Psychology and Sociology in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and in Theology from Union Bible Theological College, also in Ulaanbaatar.

Sodbaatar has held numerous influential leadership roles throughout his career. He currently serves as a Board Member of Domestic Kindness Nonprofit in Los Angeles and as Board Chairman of Transformation TRACC in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, a recovery and rehabilitation organization dedicated to transforming lives. From 2021 to 2025, he served as East Asia Regional Director for Youth for Christ International, following his role as Founder and National Director of Youth for Christ Mongolia from 2013 to 2021, where he played a key role in developing youth leadership initiatives nationwide.

In the field of education, he served as Dean of Students and Instructor at River of Life Bible School in Ulaanbaatar from 2009 to 2020, mentoring and equipping the next generation of leaders. Alongside his academic and organizational work, Sodbaatar dedicated over two decades (1998–2020) as a Pastor at Amid Ug Christian Church, providing spiritual leadership and community guidance.
Earlier in his career, he was a professional artist with the Mongolian State Circus from 1990 to 2003, an experience that shaped his discipline, creativity, and global perspective.

His contributions have been recognized through several prestigious honors, including the 2024 Leading Worker of the Mongolian Cultural Sector, the 2023 Ten Years Service Award from Youth for Christ International, the Silver Lion Award at the 1998 International Circus Competition, and Second Prize at the 1993 Mongolian National Circus Festival.

Through a unique combination of leadership, education, ministry, and artistic excellence, Sodbaatar Sandagdorj continues to inspire and equip individuals to create meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
