This course is designed specifically for MBA students, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives, aiming to bridge the gap between “business philosophy” and “financial practice.” Grounded in the ideas of the Austrian School (Menger, Mises, Hayek, Schumpeter, and Kirzner), the course deeply analyzes the core value of entrepreneurs as “innovation engines,” “super connectors,” and “market calibrators.” Simultaneously, the course aligns this philosophical core with the underlying concerns of the multi-tiered capital markets in the US and Hong Kong, systematically teaching the design of capital strategies, equity structures, valuation models, and global expansion paths for businesses from scratch. Through a teaching model of “philosophical elevation + capital implementation,” the course helps participants build a corporate core with global capital appeal.
