With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, she has helped schools achieve significant milestones in operations, accreditation, and compliance. Pauline is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that empowers both students and staff, with leadership focused on continuous improvement, community engagement, and advancing educational initiatives.

Dr. Joseph Siegmund has received his Ph. D in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University with concentration in Management and Bachelors in Business Administration from American InterContinental University with concentration in Organizational Psychology and Development. In addition to these academic achievements, Dr. Siegmund has 20 years of hands-on business experience in operations, management, human resources, new business development and strategic growth planning.

Dr. Siegmund’s professional business experiences include working in Client Services for a tax and Payroll Company, Owning and Managing two startup heating and air conditioning companies in Southern California, National Sales Manager for an international controls company and currently as the Vice President of Operations for the same international controls company. Dr. Siegmund enjoys developing and growing new business concepts from inception to market.

Dr. Siegmund has been a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America since he turned 18 and became an adult according to the BSA rules. As a scout Dr. Siegmund attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the scouting program, and currently participates in the scouting program with his 3 sons. Scouting has provided many opportunities for Dr. Siegmund participates in the training and development of both scouts and adult scout leaders, and he has assisted in the development of new training protocols.

Dr. Ryan Doan boasts a rich history in higher education administration, commencing his journey in 2001. Dr. Doan held key positions, such as the Director of Administration at Irvine University, Cerritos, CA, and the Director of Development at California Coast University, Santa Ana, CA.

Dr. Doan’s commitment to postsecondary education goes beyond administrative roles. As an Adjunct Instructor at IAU and Antelope Valley College, he has imparted knowledge in various courses, demonstrating his dedication to academic excellence. Dr. Doan’s involvement as a Program Advisory Committee (PAC) Member for Business Degree Programs at Kingston University from 2020 to 2023 further underscores his passion for shaping the future of higher education.

With a profound understanding of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009, CCR Division 7.5 Private Postsecondary Education, USCIS regulations related to SEVP-Certified institutions and F-1 visa students, and TRACS accreditation standards, Dr. Doan has been a sought-after consultant for private postsecondary institutions since 2002. His consultancy services encompass areas of compliance, operations, and administration.

Christy Enkhmurun Odgiiv is an education leader and social entrepreneur dedicated to advancing quality and accessible education in Mongolia and internationally. Coming from a four-generation family of educators, she is deeply committed to academic excellence and student empowerment.

She holds a Master of Social Science in Tourism Management from National Chiayi University, Taiwan, completed an Exchange Program in International Business at Ming Chuan University, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management in Mongolia.

Prior to joining International American University (IAU) in 2021, she served as a Medical Education Research Assistant at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Chang Gung University in Taiwan.

Through her work, she has organized academic initiatives and international forums connecting world-class educators with Mongolian first-generation university students and faculty members. She has actively supported students in securing international scholarships and study-abroad opportunities, while also strengthening partnerships between domestic universities and global institutions by introducing international academic standards and fostering institutional cooperation.

She is the Founder of Good Foundation Forming (GFF), author of “Worldwide Scholarship Guideline A–Z,” and an active member of the United People Global Sustainable Leader Network, contributing to initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Marie Bachelot, MBA

Marie Bachelot holds an MBA from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO, and a BBA from Kedge Business School in Marseille, France, with exchange experience at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and Montana State University.

She has proudly dedicated her career to cultural exchange programs, as an international program manager and as an entrepreneur bridging the employment gap for international student graduates.

As a former F-1 student, Marie understands the challenges faced by international students and is proud to serve and support others in their journey.

He is an IT Professional specialized in Cloud Computing has more than 7 years’ industrial experience along with “Microsoft” as a Cloud Specialist. He is a specialist on Cloud Computing. He also worked for “CloudThat Technologies Bangladesh.” As a Managing Director and Director of others 3 startups.

He has multiple Microsoft certification and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), expertise on Cloud Computing, Cloud Advisor and Training. He is also passionate about delivering training on cloud computing locally and globally. Doing this, he was recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is also a Microsoft Imagine Cup Judge to evaluate the idea.

He is also involved in many organizations like SCORE Mentor, Distressed Children & Infants International Inc as IT Advisor, The Digital Economist as an Executive Fellow, Member of Computer Science Teachers Association California, member of IEEE. He also got the DUKE Edinburgh Award.

Under his consultation and taking Cloud Computing courses students are getting confident with their career and three of them from USA got the job in Cloud System Admin.

Deryk Doan, MBA

Deryk Doan was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam. After moving to the United States, he studied computer science at California State University, Fullerton. In 2011, he earned his M.B.A. from Westcliff University, Irvine. His professional career has been dedicated to developing skills as a post-secondary education staff and faculty, taking on interesting projects, and learning from the great leaders, strategists, managers and excellent colleagues with whom he has had the privilege to work with.

Professor Doan began working at International American University as an administrator in 2008. As an educator, he is enthusiastic about making a difference in students’ lives by inspiring their potential for great futures. Working with students keeps him on his toes while providing opportunities for the students to express their creativity. Being at IAU has given him the opportunity to work with innovative strategists, managers, and leaders who are expertise in their fields of work, while also giving him valuable time to spend with his personal interests and endeavor.
