As all academic programs are year-round, a student may enter an academic program throughout the year.

OCU issues student ID cards upon enrollment. The official OCU ID card is non-transferable, remains the property of OCU, and expires when the holder is no longer affiliated with the university. Students can download a digital copy of their ID card through myOCU. No hardcopy, physical ID cards are available.

OCU utilizes a web-based student information management system (SIMS), called myOCU. The software displays biographical data, student grades, and financial balance. Password protected, students can log-in to check on his or her progress on program completion, financial balance, or print unofficial transcripts. Students can also receive mass messages, general news, or announcements through this web portal.
OCU has authorized Parchment Inc. to process transcript orders on behalf of the university. Parchment collects fees and forwards requests to the OCU Office of the Registrar, where transcripts are produced and released. Parchment uses the highest security standards and complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Students must clear holds on their record before the Transcript Department can process the order. Check myOCU to confirm there are no holds and that all grades, degrees, and changes have been posted.

Electronic or paper transcripts are $20 per order, plus shipping fees (if applicable).
OCU shall provide verifications for all current and past students. All enrollment or degree verification requests are provided in writing. No enrollment or degree verification requests shall be provided verbally. The release of enrollment or degree verification requires authorization from the student. Soft copy enrollment or degree verifications are free of charge. No hardcopy enrollment or degree verifications are available.
Graduation from OCU is a significant accomplishment and tells a great deal about a student’s dedication and willingness to finish what s/he started. The challenge to earn a degree in any of the University’s programs is exciting, but reaching her/his academic goals is something of which s/he will always be proud.
A student is awarded the degree when they:
